Drew Gorgichuk started in the drywall trade over 20 years ago, up at Malaspina College working in the union for Dryco. After gaining experience, he took a leap and built his own crew—starting with 15 to 20 boarders working across Vancouver Island from Sidney to Tofino. What began as a boarding team quickly grew into a full-scale operation of 35 to 50 tradesmen, depending the project’s at hand and job’s on the go . From there, D.A.M. Good Drywall expanded into taping, steel stud framing, T-bar ceilings, tenant improvements, apartments, restaurants, and most recently— a full scale insulation division. |

But truth be told, Nate’s involved well before the final sweep. He often kicks off the job by delivering scaffolding, ladders, planks, and materials—making sure the crew has everything they need to hit the ground running.
